What a project actually looks like.
Three typical shapes of project, described by scope rather than by client name. If you want references for your market, ask — we will put you in touch where the customer agrees.
A European pet chain, one shelf of connected products
The buyer needed a connected range that would not generate support tickets in a store where staff cannot answer technical questions. We cut the proposal from twelve SKUs to six, wrote a one-page staff card for each, and standardised the packaging so the shelf read as one family.
A DTC brand launching a private-label fountain
The brand had a name, a website and no product. We started from an existing stainless fountain, changed the housing colour, the box and the manual, and shipped a first run small enough to test the listing before committing to tooling.
A clinic group standardising recovery collars
Four sizes, one specification, delivered quarterly to twelve locations. The work was less about the product than about consistency: the same fit, the same fabric and a reorder that takes one email.
The shape of our customer base.
We do not publish client logos without permission. References are available on request, matched to your market.
Tell us what you need. We will send options, not a catalogue dump.
Send your market, channel and target price — we usually reply within one working day.
