Your brand, our supply chain.
Four ways to buy from us — stock, private label, full development, or single-unit dropship. Same factories, same quality gates, one account manager.
Pick the one that matches your stage.
Stock & bulk
Order the catalogue as it is, in stock colours and packaging. Best for distributors, pet shops and marketplace sellers who need proven SKUs quickly.
No tooling · fast repeatYour brand on our product
Logo, colour, retail box, manual and insert card changed to your brand. The product itself stays as specified, which keeps tooling cost and risk low.
Lowest cost route to private labelWe build to your brief
Start from a specification — size, function, app behaviour, target price — and we develop the product with the factory, including tooling where it is needed.
Longer timeline · real differentiationOne unit at a time
We pick, pack and ship individual orders to your customers, with your packing slip. Useful for testing a market before committing to inventory.
No stock risk · test firstWhich one fits your business?
MOQ, lead time and tooling cost depend on the product and the amount of customisation — we quote them per SKU rather than publishing a number that turns out to be wrong.
| Model | Best for | What can be customised | MOQ basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wholesale | Distributors, retail chains, marketplace sellers | Nothing — stock product, stock packaging | Per carton / pallet |
| OEM | Brands with an existing product line | Logo, colour, retail box, manual, insert, barcode | Per SKU, quoted |
| ODM | Brands wanting an exclusive product | Housing, function, app, packaging, accessories | Per project, quoted |
| Dropship | DTC stores testing a new category | Packing slip, insert card | Single unit |
Six things that make it yours.
Most private-label projects fail because the branding is ready and the product is not. We start from a specification we already produce, then change what the customer actually sees.
Logo application
Pad printing, laser marking, moulded-in logo or a woven label — chosen by material, not by preference.
Colour
Housing, fabric and silicone colourways. Stock colours carry no MOQ penalty; custom matches are quoted.
Retail packaging
Box, manual, insert card, hang tag and barcode. We can work from your artwork or produce it.
Carton & pallet
Case configuration, carton marking, drop-tested packaging and pallet patterns for your warehouse.
App & firmware naming
Device name, app icon and splash screen for connected products, where the firmware allows it.
Accessories & bundles
Extra brush heads, mats, bowls or a second unit — bundled into one SKU instead of two.
Five steps, no surprises in between.
Brief
Market, channel, volume, target price and the certifications you need.
Proposal
Two or three options with real specifications and honest trade-offs, plus a costed quotation.
Sample & artwork
Physical samples and a packaging proof. Nothing goes to production before you approve both.
Production
First-article approval, inline checks, then AQL inspection before packing.
Delivery
Carton marking, FBA or 3PL labels, and shipping by air, sea or your forwarder.
Send five things and we can answer the same day.
Most first messages are missing one of these, which is why quotes take a week. Send them upfront and the conversation moves faster.
| 01 · Product | Which SKU, or a description of what you want built. |
| 02 · Market | Destination country and sales channel. |
| 03 · Volume | First order and expected annual volume. |
| 04 · Target price | Your landed target, or the shelf price you are working back from. |
| 05 · Compliance | Certifications, labelling and packaging rules you must meet. |
Asked before every private-label order.
What is the MOQ?
It depends on the SKU and how much you want changed. Stock colours and packaging start lower than a custom carton, and custom tooling is a separate project. We quote the MOQ per product so the number you get is the number that applies.
How much does tooling cost?
For OEM on an existing product there is usually no tooling at all — only artwork and a printing plate. For ODM, tooling is quoted per project and we tell you upfront whether your volume justifies it.
Who owns the tooling?
You do, once it is paid for. We hold it at the factory and produce your SKUs from it; if you move production we can arrange transfer.
What artwork do you need?
A vector logo (AI, EPS or PDF), Pantone references if you have them, and the text for the manual and packaging. If you only have a raster logo we will tell you what can be redrawn.
Can I see a sample before production?
Always. We send a pre-production sample from the actual line, photograph it, and wait for your written approval before the run continues.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, by appointment. We will arrange the visit and join you — including around the Canton Fair.
Tell us what you need. We will send options, not a catalogue dump.
Send your market, channel and target price — we usually reply within one working day.
