Good products are only half of it.
Anno does not own a factory, and we say so. We work with partner factories across the Yangtze River Delta that we have visited, specified with and shipped from — and we hold the quality gate ourselves.
Five gates between a brief and a carton.
Specification sign-off
Drawing, material and function agreed in writing before tooling or production starts.
Pre-production sample
A physical unit from the actual line, not a hand-made prototype. Photographed and signed.
Inline check
First-article inspection at the start of the run, then hourly checks on the critical dimensions.
Final inspection
AQL sampling before packing, with photos of the carton, the label and the unit inside.
Shipment record
A retained sample per batch, so a question three months later has something to compare against.
The things that decide whether a second order is possible.
Specification on file
Every SKU has a written specification. Repeat orders are built to the document, not to a memory of the last conversation.
Retained samples
A sample of each batch stays with us. If a customer questions a colour or a fit, there is something physical to compare.
Third-party inspection
On request we book SGS, BV or TÜV for a pre-shipment inspection, at your cost, with the report sent to you directly.
Packaging that survives
Drop-tested cartons, correct battery labelling, and a packing list that matches what the forwarder expects.
How we choose the factories
Four filters, applied before a product is listed. They are boring, and they are the reason the catalogue is short.
| Size & weight | Light, compact, sturdy enough for cross-border parcels. |
| Compliance | Destination-market requirements considered at selection, not at customs. |
| Differentiation | We avoid the commodity version of a category. |
| Supply security | Factories that can repeat, not just sample. |
Tell us what you need. We will send options, not a catalogue dump.
